Allows you to define a CPS-user
recognizable name for the current Enhanced
Data Port List. 
Once defined, an Enhanced
Data Port List is then selectable on a per Data Profile
basis from the Port List Selection field.
When the radio is model / option capable.
Examples: GPS 5, Port List 1, Enh Data #14
